Question: how do I renew a contract? My ios paid apps itunes connect contract is set to expire in 5 days and I don't see any "renew" button or such.

Pending Contract
I have a free app on the AppStore, we just submitted a new version and it got a green light (Ready for Sale), today I received an email stating the app is "Pending Contract" and I can't download the app anymore, I can't find anything that requires me to submit information to get my app back on the store. My developer program was extended last month until Mar 08, 2014. Is there anything I need to do?

Can't Submit Tax info for contract?
Hey guys I have filled out my contact and bank info for my Paid apps contract and I really need to submit my Tax info but for some reason the button is greyed out and i cannot click it
