I am trying to enroll for apple developer account. For that I tried to register with my credit card but the expiry date in the website gives choice to select upto 2022 only. My card expiry date is 2023. I sent a mail to apple about this problem, they told that they will solve this problem soon. My question is how much time this will take approximately ? So that I can decide for using another credit card or wait until they solve this issue.

I'm creating icons for a Mac application for the first time and I have the following question: When "use small icons" is OFF, a 32x32 icon is displayed. When "use small icons" is ON, are the 32x32's dynamically resized by the OS, or are they separate icons altother? If so, what size icons are they?
I need to know whether or not I need to develop two icons for each toolbar button.

I've made an app in xcode for the iPad and would like the keyboard to appear automatically on launch. Is there a way to do this?
