I have an app that was reviewed and approved yesterday and didn't make it out of "Processing for App Store" before today's iTunes Connect outage. Normally I could wait for this outage to pass but this app is for an event this weekend where 50k+ people will be visiting and it starts on Thursday. Is there anway I can get this made ready for sale without iTunes Connect?
I see that it's down for scheduled maintenance, but I couldn't find any indication of when it was scheduled to be completed.
I am new to the industry and the standard job board, i.e. Reed, have pretty poor pickings when it comes to iOS Development jobs.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Is this problem going to be fixed? Is there any other way to get a DUNS number without having to go through D&B?
