Why is pokerstars allowed to ask for credit card inside the app ?

I'm pretty sure that such thing is banned from the Apple Store.

It is possible to buy credits for PokerStars inside their Apple APP without using the AppStore.

 

Apps cannot have their own built-in way to charge people for their services.

Apps should only use AppStore to sell stuff with their apps.

 

Am I wrong ?

I sense something wrong here.

 

Looks like they are avoiding the 30% fee that should go to Apple.

I am trying to enroll for apple developer account. For that I tried to register with my credit card but the expiry date in the website gives choice to select upto 2022 only. My card expiry date is 2023. I sent a mail to apple about this problem, they told that they will solve this problem soon. My question is how much time this will take approximately ? So that I can decide for using another credit card or wait until they solve this issue.

You don't need any of that. Xcode is free to download and you can register as an Apple Developer for free. That will be plenty to learn. By the time you have something ready to distribute, you will be plenty old enough to sign up for the paid service.
