How to Convert ARC XCode Project into Non-ARC ?

hi........Every one.

 

In my XCode i am enabling ARC & set flag    -fno obj arc

it takes 20mb more than  using with NonArc XCode project .

 

Now i want convert MyProject ARC into NON-ARC mode.

 

is it possible?

if YES ,then please guide me
